DESIGN AND BUILD
We offer you the ease of dealing with one company for the whole project life cycle. We formulate a project team on your behalf, including a Project Manager and Designer/Architect, with us acting as Design and Build Contractor

The Design and Build method is a 3 stage process:
1. Consultation
We assess exactly how much space you need and agree the project parameters with you. We can also carry out building appraisals to assess which property best suits your needs

2. Implementation
The design is finalised before we tender major packages such as mechanical and electrical works. Under the form of contract, your project completion dates and costs are guaranteed

3. Support Services
Post completion, we remain on hand to help you in your new working environment, carrying out regular reviews to ensure all the project goals have been met
